BTW, I have a IIIb (1938 G) Leica that's older than I am! 🙂

Thanks. I got some more Neopan 400CN chromogenic film. Which is good, because Joe and Harold, are having me send them loads of it. Also snagged a Yashicamat 124 TLR rig. What's on your wish list for the Holidays? In another group, I was mentioning my black Ricoh 500G, so now I have the desire to go take it out for a spin. Perhaps I'll do that as I'm "shopping" Friday morning while I'm ambulating throughout the streets of downtown Portland & the Waterfront...

I've had other Leica shooter's approach me on the streets to comment on my nice Leica, until they get a closer look, and see that it's a lowly "Sears" model. They sometimes cop an attitude, while I just smile and shoot away....

i'm afraid to even wonder what the other straps look like...but then again, i'm a wrist strap kinda guy.
one of the wrist straps i 'won' recently was advertised as a waist strap...might be why i was the only bidder.
not many of us out there with an 8 inch 'waist'
