Has any Leica X1 user tried the new firmware?

How did your ricoh gxr (28mm a12) compare, in manual focus mode?
(I understand that the CDAF for the 28mm module is considerably quicker)

I didn't use the Ricoh in manual mode because the AF was fast enough. The only manual focus I prefer to AF is rangefinder focus. Outside of that I'll use AF as long as it is fast.
