Hello,
I have just got an old Hasselblad 500c. It looks pretty good... but I have noticed the following:
- the auxiliary shutter (the top curtain in specific) does not appear to be completely opening... I have searched on the net about this issue and I see it is not uncommon... sadly I could not find a solution (apart give it to repair... quite difficult in my area)
Do you have any hint, idea about where I should check... I have already opened the box, checked inside... I think I saw the part responsible for this but not sure what to do...
See pictured attached... the part marked in red seems to be the responsible for the top curtain.
Any advise will be appreciated

Here is a thread of what to do (and not to do!) with this problem.

Be careful! I would try solvents and thin oil before dismantling anything.
