Haze in Hektor 135mm lens

How much will haze affect image quality in a 135mm Hektor LTM lens? I've got one from 1936 or so with a fair amount of haze. Can it be cleaned successfully? Who does good work? Price?

Haze will make colors look muddy, increase flare, and is worth having cleaned.

Essex camera, KEH, Golden Touch, and DAG will all clean them. Essex and KEH will have a faster turnaround time.

Such a common lens, finding a clean one may be cheaper than having the haze cleaned.
