Heads-up Canon RF lens!

Yep, I noticed that one on my quest for such a lens - but I don'T know whether I could fix that, and for the cost of having that done locally, I could probably buy a mint Summicron ;)

I try to keep the DIY fixer-uppers under $50 ~$60 with shipping. That way if I end up with a paperweight, I do not feel too bad. The last Canon 50mm F1.8 fixer-upper was under $40 with shipping, the 135 F3.5 canon was $25, and the Steinheil was ~$20. All were repairable, took about 1 Hour..
 
That looks like a dent on very thick metal. this one might be useful only for parts.
