Hektor 135/4.5 disassemble and cleaning

I will see how easy it is to hand hold. If not there is a nice mount for at tripod. Mechanical a very nice lens. Round aperture also and one the M3 I have the frame lines for a 135.

I have a nice exemplar of the last version of this lens (optically very clean), but the grease of the helicoid is stiff/dry.
Does anybody know how to dismantle the body in order to clean it and regrease it internally ?
