Having gone through my intense fit of nostalgia the last six months, I have concluded that what I shoot these days really requires digital, something I suppose I knew all along. I have sold my M6 system and the film, too.

What I can't let go of quite so easily, though, is good ol' Rangefinder Forum! I think the discourse here is a notch above that which takes place on other sites. I guess shooting SLRs makes you stupid. But, until the day I can no longer understand the big words and complicated syntax, I will continue to lurk and read the posts here.

Maybe I'll scan some more of the old German negs and post them. Maybe I'll be the first on my block to get that low cost digital rangefinder that we all know is just around the corner.

Meanwhile, keep up the good work!

I don't believe. Once RF shooter - forever RF shhoter. It is deep in the blood and addictive. I shoot digital since Kodak invented DC-20 camera 750 x 500 pixels, full automatic, but I use SLR, DSLR and Pano cameras some times besides my Bessa R.
Try and good luck
Best my wishes

Lurk or comment. I shoot more with P&S, digital, folders and SLR than RF myself. I think you will find yourself welcome here no matter. One of the nice things about this forum.
