Help-1937 Zeiss Jena Sonnar needs MFT adapter

I am looking for an MFT adapter for a bmpcc4K
that will work with a
1937 Zeiss Jena Sonnar 5cm f1.5 from a contax III Body

I was told that it had a previous adapter for a Sony Alpha that worked with this description:
Adapter Contax RF KIEV RF to Sony NEX with helicoid internal, external bayonet

Can anyone suggest an adapter that will work or anyone that does this type of custom work?

According to B&H Photo, the camera has an "Active Micro Four Thirds Lens Mount".

You would probably be best with the simple/inexpensive adapter rather than stacking adapters. The alternative is to have the Contax lens converted to Leica mount, then use a better made Leica to u43 adapter. Skyllaney in the UK offers that service.
