help in removing hotshoe cover

Sorry for all the questions lately...So I'm trying to remove the hotshoe to get to the adjustment screws. I've got the two tabs under the top bars (the under the serial # and the opposite side). But I can't see the other two? Any tips on how pop the back ones? And should the cover just come off then? Thanks.

Update: I can get the cover to slide back, but not off entirely...

On the R3a you pop the ones above the back door (sound like you have done this already), and then you slide the cover forward (towards the lens). It will then lift off and make the screws visible.

Ah! Thanks Roland. I just needed to apply a little more pressure on the plate. Almost there.
