HELP!!! Leica M4 Rangefinder part

Hi out there, I'm new to this. Does anyone have any idea where I can find a rangefinder component for a Leica M4 on the second-hand market? Does anyone know a Leica "parts" dealer? How about giving Don from DAG a call ? He is very helpful and usually answers emails regarding parts very quickly.

To get a Leica rangefinder from Leica, you have to turn in an identical one. A little like turning in your old generator or starter when you buy a rebuilt one. So it might be hard to buy one, even from DAG, without turning one in--which, of course, you can do, assuming that your M4 has a defective one that you can give up.
