Okay, a couple of new pics. Working with photoshop and setting the language of the computer I came up with these, which should contain the proper spelling...

I should have one or two more shortly.

Personally, I like the original Kiev engraving more than any of your mockups. However, I really like the Volga suggestion. That's what I would do.

In addition, taking a Kiev and painting KGB or whatever on it would be like taking an Argus and painting CIA on it. At best, it's tacky. 😉

By the way, most of those spell "Kieb" not "Kiev", hope you're aware of that. That letter is Cyrillic "B".
