I just got a close-up device called the "Auto-Up". It's designed to be used with a Leica Summitar lens, but I'm not positive if I'm using on the correct camera. When looking through the viewfinder, the bottom edge of the Auto-up's viewfinder lens doesn't seem to line up with the camera's viewfinder properly. Although, upon further examination, it the bottom of the lens for the Auto-up viewfinder lens would be any lower, it would come across the front of the camera lens itself. Does that make any sense?
I can't see any other way this device could work though, and not interfere with the camera's lens. Any threads I've been referred to on this device, don't seem to address this problem. I'm hoping someone might have some insight on it. Thanks in advance.
