My hard disk crashed this week and, no, I had no backup. We won't go there now. I need badly to print some photos. Quality is not important here but timeliness is. I can use iPhoto but need a driver. My software is in North Carolina and I am in Florida. Is there anyone out there that is willing to share a driver or tell me where I could download one. I do not see any software on the Leica site - just firmware. Maybe I am in the wrong spot.

Thank you very much for your help.

Not really sure what you are asking for. Firmware is for the camera, software is for the computer system you are using. What printer make and computer system do you have?

MacBook with Epson 2200. All my software was lost so the only software that I have is the iPhoto that Apple put back on my computer after they replaced the hard drive (under warranty).

Sorry, to continue. I need the driver that caomes on the Leica CD supplied with the camera to download to iPhoto.

I would have thaoght this couls be found on Leica's site but I cannot - I only see firmware there.

Hope this answers your question.

Capture One is an executable, not a driver. You can go to Phase One's web site and download it, for the usual price.

Why not send a suitable jpg to snapfish or copy the images you want to print to a card and take the card to a reasonably good camera store then print on their in store kiosk. Many camera stores have this service.

If your card is undamaged and unformated then you can take it straight to the store!! Best of luck.

I'm suspicious of plugging a Leica camera directly into the computer - best to use a card reader.
