Good,
Need some help with my Epson R-D1S.
We have put a Nokton 40 F1.4 and has some backfocus.
I tried to calibrate the range finder but have not succeeded.
The screw 1 or frontfocus backfocus correcting, I think. (this hard, but it moves, it is also very very sensitive)
The screw 2 fixes the horizontal error at infinity. (This is very very sensitive)
The screw 3 corrects the vertical error at infinity (this is left as a very loose ...)
The screw 4 nor have I played because I dare not remove the top cover.
The first thing I do is adjust the screw 2 at infinity, then correct the vertical and then do some test shots.
The test I do in close to a distance of 70 cm at f1.4 at 1 / 125 I'm 1-2cm backfocus, but the trouble is that the whole image out of focus, the sharper leaving something is not clear expected.
My impression is that when everything is set, the picture is not sharp at all, I have to touch the screw 4 ¿?
As you tap the screw 4 ¿?
"What can I do?
On the page http://www.richcutler.co.uk/r-d1/r-d1_16.htm believe the information is not sufficiently clear.
