Help! stuck aperture on elmar 9cm F4...

Hi folks, I just got an old elmar leitz 9cm F4 from another member here, and it's great except this weekend moving the aperturering around it got jammed at F4, now it's just stuck there, no matter where you move it, just stuck at F4, not bad if I plan on using it wide open, but not good otherwise... can anyone recommend a repair shop or any ideas?

Anone on the forum who does any lens work?
