Just got my M8 back from Leica following shutter upgrade, and they seem to have kindly installed the new 2.002 firmware for me while it was at the factory. Problem is, I no longer seem to be able to use some of the menu functions like 'colour saturation' and 'contrast'. They are still there on the menu (set to standard), but cannot be selected. Any idea why, and how do I now adjust these in camera? For example, I sometimes take pictures in B&W mode but dont know how to do that any more.

you probably have it set to DNG.
check that out - might help you out - if you set to DNG + JPG you can change all that...

Keep it on DNG - it is the only way to get the best results from the M8.

Writing in DGN is faster than JPG too.
