help with 'real life' size difference mamiya 6&7

Had a 7 and loved it with the 43, didn't 'love' 6x7. Now using the 6 which is more how I see in mf. tbh, I find my MP more tiring to carry around than my Mamiya 6 (50 or 75 lens). Probably due to the use of plastics and com pistes vs brass.

iirc, the 7 was physically a bit wider and deeper than the 6. Both feel good in hand.

At infinity, stopped down, the Mamiya 150 should be flawless, so if that's all you shoot then no worries, it has a focusing scale with the infinity mark.

Pentax 645n with the 150/3.5. Relatively small, handles like an SLR, very bright vf, easy to focus, great lens, cheap.
