Not cheery news, reala_fan! They were able to fix my "way out of alignment" problem caused by impact; wonder what parts yours needed to fix alignment. Now of course mine has a film handling problem with light-caused markings on the film that hint at diodes lighting up and sensors confused.
I sent an email asking the status of the re-repair, also furnishing info about the more recent processed film strip. Their online status indicator just shows the completed progress of the original repair, and I have no new tag# to check, though I asked for one. I got the below email yesterday, appears to be essentially boiler-plate text.
