Konica Hexar RF ...
Anyone here has a spare or new VF to sell me ? Mine is fogged and hard to see thru.
I also intend to get the adaptor to fit a x1.25 magnifier.

Anyone having this whole arrangement to sell would be great.

Where can I buy all these? Rather hard to find. Any advice appreciated.

Oh, OK -- and so it's gotten so it is permanently hazy? Seems odd.

Anyway, Greg would be a good source, for sure, but I wonder whether there might be some stores in Tokyo that might have these also. I'll be interested to hear how you make out.

The standard eyepiece (viewfinder) which is -1 diopter may be tougher to find but the accessory viewfinders in other powers might be slightly easier to get a hold of. Your best bet is the 0 diopter version. Any other power would also work but then you'd have to also buy a Leica accessory eyepiece of the opposite power to screw into the eyepeice adaptor or the back of the Leica 1.25X magnifier to neutralize the incorrrect viewfinder power back to 0 diopters.

The standard eyepiece is next to impossible to find. I ended up buying a replacement lens of the same focal length from an online surplus shop. Just glue it into place, and you will be back in business. For details, see DIY Hexar RF Eyepiece Replacement.

I can't remember where I read (more like glanced over) ....
someone said the Nikon VF (not sure which camera) eyepieces fit.
Anyone can verify if this is true ?

The Nikon eyepiece will not fit at all, I've tried. If you can't find a replacement, consider sending your eyepiece to a coating service like Apex for strip and recoat if the underlying glass is not scratched.
