For anyone else who loves these fantastic cameras,
Christopher Anderson (magnum, VII) has one in this (which is a really good documentary anyway)

in this month's Men's Journal ... the fashion spread uses various media personnel (photographers, directors, anchors) as models and one has a photographer (name escapes me at the moment) poses with not one but two Hexar AFs strapped to his neck

FWIW, Annie Leibovitz uses one for her reportage work.

Seeing how fast she loads her M7 in that PBS documentary, I'd love to see how fast she loads her Hexar.

I already shot 4 rolls through it, Aaron. Very fine camera. What I like best
is that in "P" mode, it does pretty much automatically what I am used to do
manually with my Leicas, for 90% of my photos. Also love the variable
framelines - those and .6m min focus makes the use of 35mm for portraits
really easy.
Will post as soon as I have the films processed.
Thanks for selling it to me .... I understood you and your wife still
have a few others
Best,
Roland.

I'm sure you'll love it.
in its own way, it's just as reliabe a tool as the Leica. I use it for photographing people as I'm talking to them, and it couldn't be more perfect. At some point I'll have to buy a second one...
