I'm trying to fit photography back into my life again and so I figured I'd come back and participate here to get some inspiration. So hi to everyone and such things. Looking forward to talking (and arguing) with all of you again. :)

And there may be some photos tomorrow. Dunno, though. I'm going outside right now to perhaps take a few night shots. We'll see how Tri-X at about ISO 1600 performs.

welcome back, Stephanie. Hope your culinary experience is doing something for you. DId you end up doing that?

In the process. I'm trying to find a kitchen job now (finally) and I'm on my way to getting my license and a car which will also help the search...I'll be able to search in a much wider radius than before. Heh. I'm trying to save the money for both a Colorado trip and my knives to start work with at the moment. I'm so glad I bought all that bulk film when I did...I wouldn't have been able to afford any for the trip! :D

Hi Stephanie and welcome back. I think you were going to begin putting together a "pin hole" camera just about the time that you stopped posting on RFF. Did you finish it and if so how did it work?

I retired the 1st of June. Thought I would have scads of time to do photography but the opposite is true.

Glad to have you back!

Tom

Welcome back! I was back in central Iowa last weekend. I had forgotten how much I liked the place.

Welcome back, Stephanie.
You should try pulling some of that Tri-X in 1:100 Rodinal. Rate it at 250 and develop for 15 minutes ... should look very nice.

Peter
