39C if with humidity is hell. We have it in Milton, ON sometimes due to Ontario Lake.
Oakville, Georgetown - fine, Milton is where lake water evaporation and higher temperature is dumped.

I lived in Ottawa (with it's insufferable humidity) for over 30 years, and believe me it seemed like Arizona in
comparison to Ho Che Minh or Hanoi when it's 39 Degrees there ! It said it was 49 with humidex , which was
kinda hot !

Yeah, it's a bit brutal now. In Saigon, March and April are the hottest and most humid months. Relief comes in May with the arrival of the first monsoon rains.
