the strap is a piece of leather strap for women bags: I saw a roll of it at the shoemaker's shop, and asked him to make the camera strap with it. It looks pretty nice, and do it's job ;-)

Watch your background. And frankly, I'd crop 75% of that empty space out. But that's just me.
