Hi This is Randy,
very excited to see my Stereo Holgas being mentioned here.
To answer the question about 2 Holgas not having the same shutter speeds.
Nothing to worry about as I hand pick each holga shutter to make sure they fire at the same speed.
I just received my antique stereoscope I purchased from EBAY today and made my first stereo card.
If you have a stereo viewer, just head here to view and or to download so you may see the effect:

Or if you look at the photo cross eyed enough you'll see the effect on your screen
