Holga with Polariod CB80

I realize that the Holga isn't a RF, but atleast it's not an SLR.


Question: Is there anywhere that somebody knows of where I can buy a nice (used is quite alright) Polariod CB80 back for my Holga? Polaroid doesn't sell them, B&H and Adorama don't either, and there is nothing on ebay.

Perhaps a trade with a forum member would be possible?

I've been under the impression that the "Holgaroid" (my nickname for it) was a one-piece, ready-to-shoot affair, availavble through Polaroid (not sure if it still is), rather than as a separate back one somehow grafted to the posterior of your garden-variety Holga. I've had a wavering interest in such a setup myself, but actually getting one would depend on price (and my flatbed scanner, while not as high-res as, say, an Epson V700, is still decent enough to scan the negs from this for some tasty, rough-hewn...I mean, atmospheric prints. 🙂

The polaroid back is indeed a separate entity that fits on the back of your Holga.
I have one in like new condition that I rarely use, I would be open to a trade. What do you have in mind? PM me if you are still interested.
