The hills of Adelaide South Australia - my home is at the foot of these hills, a few minutes short drive away. They are unspectacular but they are serenely beautiful - the perfect place for a quiet drive, a picnic, an afternoon in a winery restaurant or tasting room.

Adelaide is a small city of a million or so souls that still carries a touch of 19th century elegance despite (or perhaps because of) its diminishing importance nationally thereby escaping some of the scourge of over development.
