Thanks for these beautiful photos. The stitched together panormas are awesome looking. The clarity is stunning and so are the colors.

Very Nice

Very Nice

We (Americans) rarely see photos of upper middle class life in China -- the park photos are predictable but the housing tracts are fascinating -- keep photographing the suburbs!

Raid, these are not stitched together they are full frame from the Horizon Russian swing-lens panoramic camera. One of the disadvantages of the swing lens is that if the camera is not level then you get a curved horizon line. These are very interesting photos, especially as Frank says, the ones of the wealthy community, but I wish the horizon did not have to be always centered in the picture. Tough choice because if the horizon is high or low in the frame, it gets really distorted, that's just the way the optics work in this type of camera.

I agree; we often see photos of skyscrapers of China but we hardly ever see photos of rich peoples' houses there. I am quite impressed by the beauty of the surroundings.

Alexflex, I was just kidding--you posted plenty of photos, I was just ribbing you for posting so many.

I've toyed with the idea of getting one of these...I quite like pano. I'm surprised at how crisp they are!

I have such a camera, and I attest for ther sharpness of photos you can get out of its lens. Some people claim that the 202 is not a well built camera, but this is not fully true.
