Horizon S3 U500, some initial photos

My user-Horizon S3 U500 arrived and I shot a roll of Tmax 400. The negatives came out quite over exposed/over developed.

Overall I like the camera, I think I have a problem with distortion on the right side of the camera, am not sure if this is due to loading the film or a camera defect.

Initially I thought the camera was not sharp but when I compared the images, I realised that unsharp mask was not turned on by default when scanning the non-standard size film. The example below has been sharped via software.

This distortion on the right side comes from the loading. You have to pull the film under the roller.
