Horizont out of focus on one side

First time poster....curious if anyone has any knowledge of the Horizont?

I recently had it repaired as it wasn't advancing the film properly. These shots are from my first two rolls. I have some banding issues but am more concerned with the out-of-focus portion on the right side.

Almost certainly you loaded the film wrong. The film has to go behind the black rollers on the left side (next to the cassette) then it passes along the film gate, under the toothed film advance, behind the takeup spool and then into the slot in the takeup spool. The right side of your image is on the left side of the film gate so you probably missed the first roller.
