Great shots... I have never been to one of those places, and I don't like to bet, but the anxious feeling can be felt through your images... The atmosphere is a bit crazy or decadent... Isn't it?

The atmosphere isn't anxious, just crazy but quite nice in fact, peolple worry about the result of the race but are quite nice talkative and agree to be pictured

It is quite a strange place were people act quite freely I would say

Yes, that's it! They're so permissive with their attitude being all together... A nice circus to shoot, with all respect... Hope I never end up with the same face of that man... By the way, that second shot is fantastic: one of those unforgettable for life ones, like some shots by HCB... It has a classic something... Maybe it was THE moment for that expectation... Congratulations!
