I am 71 years old and I have had my Canon 7sz outfit for forty years now. I bought it used in Thailand for 4,500 bht in 1974. I have the 50/0.95,35/2 and 135/3.5 and the case. Lately I have been using my lenses on my Sony A7R, 36 mega pixel digital body. The 50/0.95 really comes to life with real depth of field and exposure in the finder. I never have been able to part with my Canon kit. 🙂

Ok, I'll fess up. I am within days of 80, so I chose 80. Most folks can't quite believe, based on appearance, that I'm that old. But since I'm prepping for a second knee replacement in a couple of weeks, I would say that appearances can be deceptive.

As they say however, you are only as old as you feel. And, for me, 80 is the new 65. I intend to be very busy, post rehab, unless, of course, the Cosmos decides it needs to get back some of the stardust of which we are all made. Barring that I'll keep on trucking'.
