How do I change my avatra photo?

I went to my profile thinking I could change my avatar from there but no luck.
Where do I change my avatar?

Start by clicking on the "user CP" button at the top of this page.

First, choose 'User CP' on the top bar, then choose from the left margin 'Edit Avatar'

Then, in the control panel menu on the left side of the page, click the "edit avatar" button.
