How do I place a classified ad?

The heading says it all really. I want to place an ad in the classifieds but can't find anywhere to set it up. Is there a minimum post count required or something else that I'm missing. I tried doing a search but that didn't turn up anything.

In the classifieds, just above the recent ads there is a line with options. The last one should be for you to place an ad.
