How does one acquire a black paint Leica MP

so everywhere you look, they are sold out.
bhphoto.com is never in stock (though they have the chrome one right now).

keh.com never seems to have them.

ebay is the only place where they are regularly listed. is there any other more reliable place?

i travel a lot so if anyone knows of a place anywhere in the world where i can go and get a black paint MP... please let me know.

i'll be in the US in august, turkey from september onwards, and i'll be taking trips to the far east (maybe hong kong) and europe during the last parts of this year. is it possible to just walk into a store in hong kong and find a dozen
leica mps on the shelf? a lot of leica stock on ebay seems to come from hong kong.

so please tell me where in the world i can finally just buy a black paint MP.

Camera shows are very slow right now, but you can email Igor at www.Igorcamera.com and ask to keep an eye out, you never know when another comes along, and he keeps in touch with other dealers. I think his email is IgorCamera@roadrunner.com

The only items guaranteed to be in stock at the official Leica stores in hk are lens caps and rebranded compacts.

I'm sure you could probably find an MP at one of the authorised dealers but be prepared to pay a massive premium if it isn't readily available elsewhere. Profiteering is rife in hk. From baby formula to high end photographic gear, someone will be trying to earn a quick buck off it. Hk truly is a free market.
 
My best bet was the Dutch camera collector Schouten, found here.

no BP MP there, but posting the link none the less since one might show up, and at least they have a nice collection of noticable gear online :D
