Hi folks,
My Nikon Coolscan 4000 is suddenly in need of repair..light switches on, software recognised, but the feeder does not make the normal quirky sound as it connects to the scanner and doesn't allow me to feed the film strip into the scanner.
Can anyone provide any general advice re:
1. where to have it repaired: I'm in Australia but I'd ship (almost) anywhere.
2. Do these machines cost alot to service in general?
