Shot about half a roll yesterday afternoon/evening with Minolta CLE + 28 Summicron + Fuji NPZ800 at a final season wrap-up fund-raiser committee meeting + barbecue. Nice gathering but for one well-lubricated loudmouth.
Had been using a Zeiss-Ikon with 50mm f/2 Classic Heliar and Kodak 100UC on a walk earlier in the day.
[By the off-topic way, and FWIW, I found that the Pentax 100mm f/4 Macro is clearly a Heliar formula, with that distinctive +- - -+ arrangement of five elements in three groups. Glass looks almost identical to the above mentioned Classic Heliar...]

Yesterday at the local farmer's market. But it wasn't a rangefinder, but the new P&S Leica Mini Zoom I just got. Should finish the roll in a couple of days and will see the results.

Emerging from a bit of a Black Hole.
1 36 exp. roll on successive weekends in June.
1 24 exp. roll between wed. & fri. last.
1 36 exp. roll in 4 hours Sat. night.
I shall endeavor to maintain this pace. It feels good.

I carry a camera everyday, looking for something interesting to photograph.
Almost a week right now, too long.
Fine practice; that surely increases your chances of finding interesting photos wherever you go. Seems to me many of my better photos result from chance factors, being at the place at the right time... and with a camera of course!Sisyphus said:I carry a camera everyday, looking for something interesting to photograph.

I missed the clouds Ted. We didn't get any in the valley.

I think it was a week today for me. It wasn't with a RF either. I was using my Canon T-90. I need to get out with my Leica and pound out a few shots.

Usually I shoot everyday. This morning I had a camera (R-D1s, W-Nikkor-C 35/2.5) with me on the saturday walk. The latest pic was shot (Canon Powershot S3) about 30 minutes ago in our garden - our Lagotto dog puppy after it got sheared (phhh, that was a tough job btw - that little beast took a long time to surrender). This evening I'll put a fast lens (could be the Canon 50/1.2) on the R-D1s and carry it to a friend's birthday party.

Last Sunday.
Leica II just back from OK; fitted CV 35/2.5 and walked down the road looking for pictures. Tipping down with rain, I came across this incongruous scene.
HP5+, scanned with Epson 4990.
Struggling to get an acceptable image-size (? too big/too small).
