LTM Canon 50/1.8
50/1.5 Nokton
Canon 50/0.95

and I saw a somewhat cheap v2 Summilux with separation around the edges that im quite tempted to buy but am procrastinating so it sells and I'm free from GAS :)

2 for M42
1 for Nikon AI
1 for Contax/Yashica
...at least one for every kind of camera I own...

Leica Noctilux 50mm f1

Leica Elmar-M 50mm f2.8 current (silver)

and maybe more to come...

^^ the lens I always wanted to try and never really had the chance to. My Summitar got broken some time ago and that Summarit is getting heavier and heavier ...
My advice is not to bother. It's sharp enough but more like a Summitar than a modern 'cron. Bokeh is in the hideous side of nasty and it doesn't actually collapse by much. The worst thing is finding one that isn't scratched up *and* has internal coatings which haven't been damaged by fungus or previous "technicians" attempting to clean the elements. The chances of a 60 year old lens with multiple owners having been exposed to damp storage at some time are approaching 100%.

Way to many to be proud of, around 15/20 for M, R, screw, and Nikon .

I never sell anything, so after 50 years you accumulate a lot.

It is like money, you can`t take it with you. It is way better tan any thing you will get from KEH or flea markets.

This part borders on excessive, but who am I to judge?

Yes...it is a bit excessive, but I love the 50 focal length, and use it more than any other. On top of that I have both black and chrome bodies, and love the look of chrome on chrome, and black on black. It's my addiction, and can't keep myself from a good deal! :)

I have a...few... but they mostly have come attached to a camera so I don't worry about it too much.
Except for the 2 50mm Pentax K mount lenses I bought; I do not own any K mount cameras. I did get the lenses for $10 each--one is a 50/f2 M and the second is a 50/f1.4 M--but that's not really a bargain with nothing to mount 'em on. I did give the 50/1.4 to my dad so he could use it on his K10D.

just 2

just 2

50mm Canon 1.2 in LTM

50mm FL SSC 1.4 that I bought in a thrift store for 4.98$ including a Canon FTb body and case:)

Down to just two here:

Summicron (tabbed) 50mm f2
Summar 50mm f2

The Summicron takes "better" photos, but the Summar takes more photos that I want to look at for a long time.

re: LTMs, its officially silly. In order of recent use:

Summar
Canon 1.8
Jupiter 8
Industar 50
Elmar 3.5 (needs cleaning, not sure if it is worth keeping over the Industar 50)
Industar 61 L/D
Industar 22 (more scratched than I prefer, need to move this one on)
Summarit 1.5 (significant cleaning marks, was holding on to this as a special effect lens but I don't use it enough).

...and I have a J3 on the way.

I'm hoping to cull this list down to half this length by the end of the year.

I have a few Nikons, one or two Pentax 50's, an aftermarket or two k mount...don't use any of them except for one of the Nikons...

And I have one Zeiss 50/2.8 pancake for my Contaflex that smokes any other 50 I have by a mile or more!!!

50mm f2 MF Nikkor
50mm f1.8 AF-D Nikon (1st iteration)
35mm f1.8 AF-G DX Nikon (50mm equiv...does that count?)

I expect to receive tomorrow the new 50mm f1.8 AF-G Nikon. Very happy to see it offered. Never have been tempted by the Nikon 1.4 G nor the Sigma 50 1.4.
Fingers crossed, I'm optimistic the new 50mm 1.8 G shall prove to be
a $200 (!) winner.

Nikon 50/1.8 Series E for the FM/Future F
Nikon 50/1.8 AF for the D90
50/3.5 for the Argus C3
50/2 Jupiter 8 for the Leica IIIf
50/2 M for the Pentax KX
55/2 (close enough) Super Takumar for the M42 cameras
45/2 (x2... and close enough) for the Minolta XG-1

They're for different camera mounts, not because I have a hard-on for 50s or feel the need to pay out the nose for an extra half-stop...

Down to one now in the RF kit - a Konica M-Hex 50/2. Very nice lens, modern, good build, short focus throw, good flare control.

If I have to include the SLR gear, I have to admit to another five (not counting duplicates). :(
