How many digital prints?

I was wondering what percentage of images from digital rangefinder cameras are printed and what size are the usual prints produced.

Do the Leica M8 users print many A3 or higher to show off the quality?

I don't print much. I just print a few per month. All at at least 20x30cm, and preferably at matte Fujicolor Crystal Archive Paper Supreme.

I print approx. 20 A4/2 A3+ /month mainly on Permajet paper.
Robert,
you made a good point: debates are going on on this site about the superb quality of the M8 (I will never spend that $$$$$$ ).
Experience from the past: people spending a fortune on Nikon bodies & original lenses but loading them with films from the local drugstore and for development and printing: the 1Hr service at the corner of the street. They never had prints larger than 10x15cm.
What is the relation between fine art and a positive bank account?

The lenses on M8 are the same as other M cameras the dig cam pixels will sample the images more granularily than high res film.

But 35mm film cameras never did quality they did images like Capa's D day blur or the kids throwing a brick with 20 photogs behind, JFH pressing flesh, prostitute Bijou, etc. These are the images of 20 century.

Panographers used a Blad or Rolli

Which question are you asking?

When I go to Ards I park at the butter scotch rocks and look at birds, cameras a waste of time.

From digital last year, I printed approx:

2--8"x10"
40--8"x12"
15--10"x15"
1--26'x10' (Yes, that's 26 FEET by 10 FEET!)

Of these, only the 2 8x10s were for my personal use (Pics of the kids. My wife doesn't like my stuff well enough to allow it on the wall.)
