How many Leica M's do you have?

It has been posted on another Rff site - but these are some of my M2's. At the moment of the picture there were 13, but one was on loan to a friend and another was having a shutter replaced.
Of course, my excuse is - I need all 15 to test M2 Rapidwinders - and I stick to that reasoning.
There are other M's (M4P's, M6's , M6 TTL's and MP's) all kept for the same reason - testing Rapdiwinders. OK. I do like Leica's. This is not a recent stash. Some of these cameras I got in the 60's, some in the 70's and 80's.

I see...this is the way You reproduce the Ms...😱...
Im gonna give a try with my 3 Ms cameras...😀 😀

As is said partially in jest, "what does need have to do with it?" 🙂
In a controlled communal economy, need may indeed be the criterion to establish for the right to possession. But outside of that, what rules is availability, want, and ability to pay. And not everyone has the same desires or purposes; why should some be criticized for making personal choices? Should I discreetly avoid mentioning my 29 Pentax SLR cameras?

The M3 is currently in pieces, being treated to a black paint job; the M4 and M6 are both chrome, though if the M3 turns out nice, I guess I'll paint the M4 as well.

If I'm out shooting, I like to use different film in each or same film with different lenses to avoid having to swap around. If commuting to work, I'll usually just carry one, together with 28mm/Elmarit-M and 50mm/Summicron-M.
