Yesterday: 2 rolls 135-36 Eastman 5222, 1 roll 135-36 Pan-F Plus, 2 sheets 4x5 Era 100, 2 sheets 4x5 Delta 400, 2 sheets 4x5 Tri-X.

Today: None. All processed.

only one roll undeveloped: a roll of Kodachrome 64 where I shot the first 6 frames of one situation and was still unsure if I got the shot/exposure I wanted. And I wasnt sure if I wanted to go to the trouble of mailing it off for development and pay the high development cost. So I rewound it in the camera and put is on my shelf. I can unwind the roll with one of those doo-hickey things if I want to put it bakc in the camera and finish the roll.
Oh, what to do.

A few days ago I had 3 rolls of B&W. I processed 2 over the last 2 days, and I think I've finally corrected my issue with uneven development. For a long time I thought it might be bromide drag. I switched from stainless reels and tank to a Paterson tank, and the problem seemed to be less pronounced. I attributed it to better circulation through the plastic reel. But it didn't go away entirely. Finally, I've backed off the number of inversions-- from 5 every 60 seconds to 1 every 30 seconds. This roll seems to be free of uneven development (lined up with sprocket holes). So, the problem must have been surge effect rather than bromide drag.

The stainless reel must offer better circulation than plastic. Now I can go back to the stainless tank (which I always preferred over Paterson anyway). I just need to go easy on the agitation.

Oh, I forgot I have 5 rolls of Kodachrome I shot a few months ago... Hope it's not bad having made them wait... Tomorrow I'll send them to Dwayne's... Any experience making Kodachromes wait?

Cheers,

Juan

Currently something around 95 rolls, mixed between 120 and 35mm. Most of it is B&W, but some of it is color.

When I moved to Korea I also left about 45 undeveloped rolls in the US. I need to have my father ship them to me so I can develop the film and make prints.

In my defense, I'm working on a project that has me shooting a lot and my friend is currently staying in my spare room, which is my darkroom otherwise.

EDIT: I take it the image tags don't work on this part of the forum? Seems rather silly...

I've about a dozen mixed between high speed B&W, 6x7 slides, and some color film.

My switch to digital was very fast. I had a schedule where I'd develop film every Sunday, but that fell off immediately when I got a digital camera of decent quality.
I don't remember what's on the film. I think some stuff out of the Prominent, some stuff left over from the Universal...
It's some work to go grab the Diafine.
