How much for a broken meter CL body?

I'd like some input on what I can expect/hope to pay for a CL with a broken meter. I specify broken meter because I prefer using a seperate meter anyway, and money is a smaller consideration too. I've read here that they go for $100 to $150 but I haven't seen any at this price.

I'm posting this just after losing an auction for an M2 that had just been CLA'd. I thought I was going to win it for $430 for a moment. It ended up going for $530; $20 more than my maximum, but still quite a good deal I think.

Anyway, while I am disappointed, I'm also a little relieved; I realised I was going to struggle to both afford film and avoid work for some of the Australian summer if I won it 😀 .

I need a body though (my Bessa R is now an unusual looking Bessa L) and all things considered I think the CL will be it.

I got a scuffed-up one with working everything for $125, but that's probably not typical. Are you looking for a M-mount only, or would you consider LTM? The Canon 7 is a good body, and has parallax-corrected framelines, etc.

I got one at around US$460 together with a 40mm summucron-c 2 months ago. Never try the meter, and the seller mentioned it didn't work properly.
