I paid $45 for a working one with leather case -- the case was important, as the meter spent most of its 50 years without constant exposure to light, so it's still quite accurate.
As it turns out, it wasn't a perfect example, as there were several loose plastic bits and a screw floating around inside (broken mount point where the dial portion of the meter attached to the plastic body), and it was lucky that one of these bits didn't get stuck around the needle, rendering it useless. With the loose junk removed, it's as good as new.
