how much for canon P Light meter Nonworking Condition?
I doubt that it is worth very much. It will be hard to get a working Selenium cell cell for it. Even the working ones do not seem to bring the price of the Canon P's up very much.
If you got it at a garage sale cheap, great going. If you are looking at buying one, I personally would not go over $20 or so. I am guessing $50~$75 price difference on auction for Canon P's with working meters.
Don't judge by Nikon collectors buying meters for the SP. They are crazy.

Nonworking?? Nada! A nonworking Selenium cell is considered to be unreparable with normal effort. A working one? 30-70 USD

I paid $45 for a working one with leather case -- the case was important, as the meter spent most of its 50 years without constant exposure to light, so it's still quite accurate.
As it turns out, it wasn't a perfect example, as there were several loose plastic bits and a screw floating around inside (broken mount point where the dial portion of the meter attached to the plastic body), and it was lucky that one of these bits didn't get stuck around the needle, rendering it useless. With the loose junk removed, it's as good as new.
