Spending endless time gamesturbating, texturbating, appsturbating, and answering every text message instantly regardless of the circumstances (while driving, in Church/Synagogue/theatres, restaurants, work meetings etc) or how trivial the incoming message, is considered normal and acceptable behaviour, while not giving someone a pre-message message is considered rude.
