We are planning a 2 week trip through Myanmar (Burma) during their summer. I am planning to take about 30 rolls of 120 film with me and wonder how to keep the emulation form boiling off the film...

I am not doing any color critical work, neither do I want to ruin the film...

While actually traveling with the film...place whatever you're not using somewhere in the middle of all your clothes in your suitcase...even though the rolls of film aren't actually in cold storage they will be sheltered from the intense heat...as long as you don't leave your suitcase in the trunk of a parked car all day long you should be fine...

If you're taking black and white only, it should be fine. It's not the heat you should worry about, it's the humidity. If you go from an air conditioned room out into the warm moist outdoors, give your camera some time to come to the ambient temperature and for any possible condensation to evaporate off the film itself. It really shouldn't be a problem though.
I did 2 weeks in 140 degree Kuwait then the remainder of a 6 month deployment in Iraq. I took black and white as well as Kodachrome and the intense heat never affected the film at all even though it was exposed to very high temperatures while on convoy.
