But, in the end, I'm mightly glad it was only the windshield, and nothing on your or Anne Marie! And, all in all, the whole affair left you with a good story!

And I really like your photos. I went to our May Veteran's Day parade and ceremony, but instead of that nice sun you got, we were rained on like it was cats and dogs.

Edit: another vote for "Bugle on lap" (powerful), "Chaplain" and "Firing Squad" portraits. The first of the kids sitting on the stairs is a nice, calendar shots. But the bugle is just breathtaking. I do like your "Program in hand" that starts the series, but the Bugle is powerful. I'm green with envy!!

Nicely shot, Bill, and glad to hear everyone came out OK in the end. I love the bugle in the lap shot, very moving image. Anyone want to second me in nominating Bill as our official storyteller?
