How to use IT8 Target in Minolta Dimage Scan?

I profiled the scanner using Vuescan but I can't use the profile generated in Minolta Dimage Scan program! I want to use it mainly for ICE on some of my Slides.

Does anyone knows how to profile the scanner or use scanner profile in it?
