With the FED 8 set to cost more than $50, what wil you do to make sure you are first in line when they start dropping off the production line?

I shall exceed the norms of production by 15000%!

As normal.

Ha, since our glorious socialist motherlands always produces enough goods for everybody, there will be enough FED-8's available every month that every Soviet citizen should be able to get one after queuing for a day or two.

I hope to get one together with my Lenin Medal for my engagement in private foreign aid to Cuba. Hopefully on el Comandante y chefes birthday party coming Dec. 2nd.

I will modify some Fed8's to resemble M8's and sell them to greedy western capitalists on ebay.

Communism, like religion, isn't such a bad idea in principle, but when applied, the dark hearts of men corrupt it. This is just my opinion, I'm not stating this as an absolute truth that all should believe.

Hey ... that's very philosophical for an RFF'er!

:D

I'm just a wiseguy, Keith.

Have you not perceived though Frank ... that we seem to be having the same problems with 'democracy' in the so called 'enlightened west'?

Dark are the hearts of men.
Democracy at least provides for the opportunity to change.

I'd love to try a social experiment in a small country: ban men from politics, and let's see how women do. Men generally and with few exceptions have ruled the world since the inception of civilization, and jsut look what we've got. Hopefully the Margret Thatchers are few and far between.

I already have the ginger hair, so I'm thinking of getting out my red boxers and red socks... and getting a red boiler suit and standing in line outside of the factory.

I'm sure to be served one of the first models, and with a discount for my efforts to support the cause :D

My only criticism of that theory... is that there seems to be a lot of individuals out there who are too warm and comfortable to be prepared to institute change for those who really need it. (sorry all ... getting way off the thread topic here!)

Yes. That's the problem. Personal greed.
