Howtek orange mounting station missing drum?

A friend of mine wants to know if his 290x314mm drum would fit this Howtek or ICG mounting station.

Is anyone familure with the size drum it will work with?

It doesn’t look exactly (close, though) like my Howtek 4500 station, but that won’t tell you much as there were all kinds of stations made (even DIY) for all kinds or drums. Nobody can tell you for SURE that this will work what that drum if you don’t provide dimensions of the station.
