I'm seeing a bunch of user manuals, and one V-2 thats up in britain, but not seeing a single Flash Gun V that I'm interested in getting.

Did it possibly go by a different name, or were there other means to rig a M3 or M5 bulb flash gun to the Canon P?

This possibly could be what you're looking for:

kb244, is this what you are looking for? I have one that can be yours for the cost of postage, if you are interested. These side-mounted flash units include both capacitors and batteries, but I am sure that both are toast. Sorry about the crappy photo, but that's about all I can at the moment.

Thats exactly what i am looking for, cuz they lock right onto the side of the Canon P from one that a woman brought in with her Canon P let me see it, then got me interested (damn her lol). Besides I got plenty of bulbs.

I can probably fix the capacitors, or at the very least have something that looks cool. I'll PM you in a moment.

Also your photos are fine, they show precisely what they are, and I recognize them.
